Payment terms for installation and service work will be specified in your individual project agreement. Typical arrangements may include a deposit prior to procurement of equipment, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific terms vary by project scope.

7. Warranty

Hyetech Solutions warrants its installation labor for a period specified in your project agreement. Equipment and hardware are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable. We are not liable for issues caused by misuse, third-party modifications, power surges, or acts of nature.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos, and design — is the property of Hyetech Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Products and Services

We install and integrate equipment from third-party manufacturers (e.g., Control4, Lutron, Sonos, Ubiquiti). Use of those products is governed by the manufacturer's own terms and warranties. We do not control and are not responsible for the policies or performance of third-party manufacturers.
